here you go
first you have your team go east along the map edge, and then move toward the side of the main building, the side with the truck, get to the roof, then down to 2nd floor
now the commander is inside the west room of 2nd floor, either have someone sneak in and break the alarm, or rush in and kill him before he use the alarm
as for deathclaws.. since all the weapons suck at this stage, I suggest you get a few people line up horizontally and burst AK-47 at the deathclaws (lining up is to avoid hurting your own team mates), an adult deathclaw have around 250 hp, shotgun works nice too if they're close enough, but don't depend on it
If you're playing on Hard or Psycho difficulty, god help you, because my 3 man team bursting for 3 whole round at point blank range can not kill a baby deathclaw.. it was severerly wounded when it killed me (that was hard difficulty)

The thing with deathclaws is that they can only attack you at point blank range, so that means if a deathclaw wants to eat you it has to run right up to you. You can use this behavious to your advantage
1) engage with snipers at long range. It cant hit you if it cant reach you, and keep aiming for the head to try to score a knockout crit. You dont have to worry about cover since it cant shoot you, just go prone and keep shooting.
2) Since deathclaws always beeline for you, try to find a chokepoint that theyll have to go through to get to your guys and plant a mine there. If it doesnt kill them outright itll at least do massive amounts of damage to it.
Although youd figure that youd be able to do the most damage at close range with burst weapons, thats also the range where the deathclaw can do the most damage to YOU. Range is your friend.

For deathclaws, the things that worked best for me were shotguns (pump action or silverhawk). Try to take the death claws one at the time and you'll stand a good chance of killing them if you score a good critical with the shotgun (50 pts of damage or more). It will be much easier if you found the Neostead Combat SG in a random encounter (citizens and radscorpions) near Brahmin Wood.
I arrange my team with the two best shooters in front kneeling with hunting rifles & shotguns. Behind them are the rest of the team. The 2 shooters try to target them in the eyes or legs at long range then switch to shotguns up close. The other members of the team with good melee skills stand right behind the shooters in overwatch mode and carry diamond spears (rge 2) and pre-set the targetting to eyes.
