Let's say I want to increase the damage of M60.

I edited the damage with the FOT editor, saved the entity file. But when I load up my saved game, the changes were never seem to apply.

Does the game really baked the whole thing before you start a new game? Is there no way to apply the changes in mid-game?

I know this awkward trick of using the unexplored area(bunkers, mission areas, special encounters) to apply *some* of the changes I made. This isn't going to cut it once I ran out of unexplored areas.

He, just place anything you need to have updated in one of the random maps, it will probably work! They are reloaded each time you go into one of them (you don't even need to get an encounter, just go on the right square where your random mission is and enter it). You can even visit the location as many times as you need, the item will spawn back. Just don't put any cars in them tough, as they will create green circles each time you load the map...

So you're suggesting me to solve this issue in a way that I have specifically mentioned in my original post. Okay. That's as good as just saying "Yes, this game bakes up all the game data upon creating a new game"

You love being a real jerk don't you? Seriously, pick another, much better, more recent game and stop moaning.

I don't have to be grateful to those who doesn't even know what the issues that I'm having the first time. Read and comprehend the post before making any comment about it. It's not hard.
Hell, it's even written in English; your native language.

Well then, would you mind conveniently ignore that part where I've addressed this is your native language? That's not really important part anyway.

The point is you had attempt to make an answer without even bothering to read and comprehend the actual issues I'm having, thus resulting your answer as invalid.

I have already known the 'solution' you have suggested, and I even mentioned that in my original post. I also mentioned that "This is not going to cut it" - which means I need a different solution besides the one that I have mentioned.

You have ignored that part and gave me the specific solution that I don't need, nor want. What's my initial reaction supposed to be? Being grateful? I don't think so.

No, there's no other way of doing it.
