How to make Custom Special Encounters...HELP

I know you might be asking this whats the point lol If you already know where they are, Well I got the Explorer Perk and 100 Outdoorsman skill so I already discovered and beat every single Special Encounter, Now my Game crashes when I land on a place on the map where the next one should be, I don't know if it's corrupted or what. But i Still would like to know how to make my own. I am no dummy when it comes to Making Levels or 3d FPS Shooter games on FPSC Creater. So please walk me through it. I couldn't find what I needed on the Forum. I'm a Noob here, but my Question is not a Noob Question or a Repost.

I'm sure I'll have to learn a whole lot like how to make Complexed Speech Trees. I just want to know how it's done.

It's a known bug.

Read this post http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=710229#710229. But add to the unique encounter definitions not the core definitions.

If you change the end of the line for one of the unique encounter missions from true to false (and import it into the bos file) that is meant to stop the game crashing if all the encounters are found.
