Fallout 2 utility I Need Help With Cheating in the Highwayman Using Save Editor

First time out of the vault
My game bugged out and removed my car permenantly, I've heard the only way to get it back is to use F2SE, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually spawn it into my save. I just don't understand how to actually use the editor for anything other than basic level/perk/stat changes. Can someone please give me a walkthrough on how to do it?
 
Why don't you just load a save where you still have it, save on a map then move that map into your current save's folder and just go get it?
