Norton System Works is good for registry, and disk defrag. I don't know about memory defrag, never used one.

Its been my experiance that norton tends to spread the data everywhere and does a worse job then the windows defragger. Do you know of any high quality free ones?

Although it is not free, I have looked into hard drive defragmenters pretty extensively and this is my current favorite. I do not like the Norton System Works defragmenter either.

For disk defragging I use Diskeeper 8.0. Though not free, certainly worth the money. for RAM and registry defragging, TuneUp Utilities 2004 is my pick. This one, again, isn't free :(.
