Miss Kitty Agility Boost

I read on the Fallout wikia that you can get a permanent bonus point to Agility if you ask Miss Kitty out on a date and then sleep with one of the prostitutes, but only in the Restoration Project, which I have. But what I want to know that the site doesn't tell me is, can you only achieve this if you are a man? And what other stats do you need?

I'm not sure if there is a requirement to be a male, but IIRC you cannot go out with her until you've completed the main quest. Cute as it is, the whole thing with Miss Kitty is mostly useless since you don't really need that AG anymore.
But yeah, you do get an Agility boost. I think I got it on my last FO2 RP playthrough. There are few post-ending things to do in New Reno, but it's mostly cheese and developer jokes.
