so i have a prob where my game "hitches" i believe it is called where i am running around and the game goes from 60fps to 3 freezes and then goes back to normal within 10-30 secs. i found that the c drive goes to 100% when this happens. My laptop has a 6700hq, gtx1070, 16gb ddr4 ram, and i am using a 512gb ssd to run the game. most of the mods i am using are weapons and new buildings like vaults. I am a bit newer to pc gaming and i just cant figure out what to do.
