While looking around I noticed that the TeamX site had posted a news bit about a new Fallout 2 mod, this one replaces the Highwayman with a Vertibird (sweet!) and also there's a new quest. The only problem is that this mod is in Russian (he's looking for someone to translate it to english, so if you want to help email him at baster@inbox.ru), I've uploaded the files to NMA:
