Most Memorable NPC's

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
Sometime ago, I started a thread about the most hated characters in the Fallout world. Now I think another topic worth debating is about the most likeable/memorable characters. Here is my list of what I think are the top five most memorable NPC's in the series so far.

1. Harold - the lovable ghoul has appeared in more games than any other character. Started off as a ghoul down on his luck, going on to lead Gecko, and finally travelling to the capital wasteland where depending on your actions, he will either finally meet his end or find peace.

2. Marcus - probably the most well known mutant other than Fawkes, Harry, or Frank Horrigan. A powerful follower in Fallout 2. Reappeared in New Vegas where he has started another society and confirms certain Fallout 2 canon.

3. Sergeant Dornan - Do I have to explain this choice? Anybody I have to explain it to is a mo-ron! That ranting speech of his accusing you of losing your armor is priceless! It's become legendary in New Vegas as mentioned by one NPC.

4. Tandi - She helped start the NCR. She was a young woman in Fallout 1, and an old woman in Fallout 2. Even by New Vegas, her memory is still revered by the NCR and its people.

5. The Master - In my opinion, this is the best villain in the series so far as he is the only one with a goal you can respect and admire him for. Too about about mutants being sterile though! You can't help but feel sorry for him if you convince him of the flaw in his plan.

Feel free to comment on my choices or to post your opinions as to who the best and more memorable characters in the series are.

Fallout 1
Master is the one who embodies the most the series and especially the first one, as he comes as a misguided attempt to heal the trauma of the great war.

Set, The Lieutenant, Morpheus, Jacoren, Dekker, Harold and Jain also deserve a mention.

Fallout 2
Marcus brings with him another attempt at healing the relationships between human kind(s) after the fall of the Master.
Sulik, Vic, Metzger, Lynette, Harold, Myron, Tandi, Richardson, Cassidy and Typhon also deserve a mention.

Fallout Tactics
Barnaky and Latham\Gammorin are the only characters with a bit of depth.

Fallout 3
Butch is the only character with character development.

Fallout New Vegas
I would like to put Benny on the front, for the lenghty and numerous possible ways to handle and interact with him, the fact he is basically the one who kicks the plot, not only with you, but with the others characters\factions. He is both the one who want things to change without the major factions influences and the problems that would arise by giving the city into the wrong hands.

House, Marcus, Caesar, God\Dog, Domino Dean, Hanlon, Boone, Cass, Tabitha, Raul, Lucius, Vulpes, Lanius, Joshua, Arcade, The King, Victor, Hardin, McNamara, Christine, Veronica, Cassandra Moore, Dr Henry, Lily Bowen, Yes Man, Papa Khan, Father Elijah, Mobius, the Think Tank, The Sink, and Judah Kreger obviously deserve a mention.

Harold sux. If only he did not speak coughing....

Anyway:

Fallout 1: I like the bad guys. Master, Lieutenant, Jacoren, Morpheus and especially Gizmo.

Fallout 2: Sulik and Vic are my favorite. Cassidy and Marcus are awesome too. Dornan is really silly, but I can´t do anything beside like him XD
Mrs. Bishop, Doctor Henry and Tandy are also great.

Fallout 3: Moira Brown just because she´s really annoying but in a fun way. Bittercup and that Nuka cola bitch are fun too. I love that paladin that due to a bug, appears everywhere, including in the mother ship Zeta. XD
Sgt RL 3 is awesome.

NV: It would be easier to named who I do not like. Such a great writing.....

Fallout 4: Danse, Piper, Trashcan Carla and Curie (yeah, yeah, she´s the perfect mary sue waifu, but I like her, okay? I love the accent and I like Mr. Handys)

6. Dogmeat - It wouldn't be Fallout without our favorite pooch!

7. James - Lone Wanderer's father who tries to help improve life in the capital wasteland. Makes the most heroic sacrifice in the series.

8. Star Paladin Cross - Has the distinction of being the very first good female companion in the series so far.

9. Yes Man - The fact that he can throw General Oliver off the dam makes him even more memorable. For laughs, you can attack him and he'll act like he's enjoying it!

10. Nicole - Without her, there would be no Followers of the Apocalypse.

I know it's cool to hate on F4, but to be fair, there were at least some good characters from that game. On the subject of robots, Codsworth and Nick are my favorite robot companions in the series so far. I know ED-E is a thing, but until Lonesome Road, the worst part of New Vegas, ED-E wasn't really a character so much as he was a cargo ship with a laser gun.

Nick is okay. Good memory about the butler. I forgot about him, I really like him too. In fact, I like him so much that I do not care that he acts like a human because he have a AI that should not exist for simple domestic robot

I haven't played Fallout 4 or Fallout Tactics or even Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, so I have no idea on the characters in those games.

Codsworth's about as generic as you can get, and Nick is your standard cliched noir detective. The only thing making him not a cliche is that he's a synth

I'd say K-9 and Skynet take the cake by far here.

Seymour, he's the intelligent, talking spore plant in Broken Hills. He isn't talked about much, but the first time I saw him I though he was funny, and I still think about him frequently.
