Whenever you reach the Death Ray control room, you have the option of immediately disabling it, or you can shoot it into space, or at the earth. I couldn't help myself and shot it directly at the earth. Does anyone know if this even effects anything the player can encounter, or does the laser probably hit in the ocean or something?
