Stuck on a kick playing old NES games.
Ahh the memories.
Felix The Cat FTW.
I still got my old NES in Mexico, play it every year in the summer.
Agreed, I was watching Rocky yesterday and started feening for some Mike Tyson's Punch Out.
Felix the Cat was a great game. Anyone ever play "YO! Noid!"? Buddy of mine had that ages ago. Legend of Zelda is classic.
mega drive > nes, imo
shadow run <3
It's like a fallout for mega drive
I didn't play many of them. All I really remember is Mario and Duck Hunt.
Shadowrun was supposed to be great. I've got a Genesis (USDM name for Mega Drive) kicking around somewhere... I think... or I gave it to Sam...
I missed the NES phase. I went straight to SNES
But SimCity FTW on SNES!!
anyone play mystical ninja?
I thought it was good
I'm not sure if it was nes or snes
I remember playing a NES game. You are free to roam the world and choose any place you want to go. Once you enter the place, the action switch from bird-eye view (on map) to 2D-side-scroll hack and slash. I think it has something to do with a samurai (or ninja).
Anyone remember the name of that game?
Wasn't shadow run on the SNES? Or was there also a version for the NES?
Shadowrun was on both the Genesis/MegaDrive AND the SNES.
shadowrun: saftey not guarenteed.
I love the classics... used to run a SNES and NES ROM site way back in the day. My cousin, an electronics expert, helped me build a machine that allowed me to rip the images from NES carts to my computer, so I could add games that weren't already on the internet. Anyway, I eventually had to shut the site down for obvious reasons...
I always thought that emulation was a goldmine, that site brought me in a damn good amount of money. It blows my mind that it took as long as it did for big buisness to cash in on it. (gametap)
Talking about this one:
There's a NES version? I gotta get that! I <3 shadowrun, I even used to play pen and paper shadowrun like 10 years ago.
I also like Shadowrun but I sort of dislike this game. Played it many years ago and couldn't make friends with it.
The problem wasn't with the game
Well if you got used to REAL shadowrun, the game was pretty disappointing.
Speaking of disappointing:
Did you know that the NES already featured some sort of modem for multiplayer and tons of other shit that was totaly useless? Coz I didn't...
chuckle chuckle chuckle. shitty links make fun reading
I just realized that the link I've posted above is incoerrect and not leading to the site I intended it to do. Anyway, generally spoken the OLD mario games pretty much RULE!
Here, the proper links:
