Newton "Extraction Point" ????

I have completed pasting every thing that moves, found the elders, only my pip, and 2 hours of searching cannot locate the extraction point...I can't find anywhere that has the green highlighted extraction zone...Anyone remember what part of the map the spot is? argh....thanks..
