Got the encaunter with caravan when traveling to ncr, some army guys and some mobs, fighting.was fiting mobs and undesignedly one of party members undesignedly shot one of the rangers.Started fighting, killed them , and now i just can't go to that caravans enymore.Only one left is to wault city, and that's pretty easy.
