NPCs Armor Mods

I,ll prolly get lambasted for asking this question but has anyone done a mod where the npcs
armor is visible???Hehe I feel kinda weird suited up in Advanced Power Armor MKII standing next to a baldheaded ranger,a shirtless tribesman and a fat man(Village People 2500 lol)even though we,re all wearing power armor of some degree.I don,t know even if the npcs can be edited this way.
Any ideas?

Well, once you have figured out which parts of the scripts to edit, I'd appreciate it if you told us.

I ain,t gotta clue about editing scripts and would need it told to me in laymans terms before I could possibly uderstand it.I,ve been to the mod sites and it all looks like greek to me.

ps...It usualy takes a lot for me to understand something but once I do understand I,m usualy capable of taking it further.

Let me point this out to you (I know that English isn't you're first language) but when you are abbreviating something like do not, to don't, you use this key ' not this key , okay?
