Second character, for the evil playthrough. Kind of switching between guns and melee, but the problem with melee is that I'm playing hard/hardcore, and wearing only a Bright Brotherhood Robe and glasses (Four-Eyes trait) because I like the look of it and it adds challenge. Only 2 DT is a pain in the ass in close combat though.
Heh, I really like this one! I think I'll go for this on my 2nd playthrough. Haven't managed to end the first one yet, too much stuff to do!
Nice shots, Avallach! Mind if I chuck em in our New Vegas gallery? They're fun. (or you can upload them to fan art and I'll move em, either way)
Fan art? Where is that one? And isn't that section restricted to only drawn/user-created material? EDIT: Oh, found it. Well, feel free uploading 'em in to the gallery if you want
that scarf is major kick ass. is there no cowboy face bandana in NV? Like the ones CJ has in GTA Los Santos. the scarf mod needs a few diff colored ones thou. i can edit the texture just dont know how to add new items/put them in game.
I'm having trouble with getting my images from my ps3 to my computer so i'd have to describe my guy for now, hopefully I can upload some pics later: -I most of the time wear my Gannon Family Tesla Armour and my Tesla Beaton Cannon, so I feel like a ultimate badass. -But I like to wear NCR Mantle Armour and Cowboy hats as well as shades with my mysterious magnum, makes me look like a bounty hunter.
NCR troops around the dam wear a green face scarf but for some reason you can't loot it of them so it's hard to tell whether it's part of the armour like the face wrap armour you can find or a seperate item. Edit - Ah, it's a pair of goggles and the face mask. Anyway. Ring a ding ding baby! Also the reinforced combat armour looks a lot better when you give it gloves. Shame about the dorky white rings.
Kudos to the person who recognizes the armor. (Note: I did not make this one, just imported it from F3)
Wait almost got it, tip of my tongue... Crazy Mitch's armour isn't it? Anyway the guitar and sword mod is this one.
@Avallach: How DO you manage to take such nice clean shots of fight scenes? Anyway, a few shots of my first-run character: [spoiler:d0e92827a9] A night at the TOPS. Gardening is just a hobby. The Brotherhood is doomed! A little companion argument [/spoiler:d0e92827a9] And a few from the second-run. I'm somewhat proud I actually managed to make a non-ugly female character. [spoiler:d0e92827a9] New Sheriff in Town. Scouting Business Lady Zhongguo Di Yi Recon INVISIBLE RIFLE![/spoiler:d0e92827a9]
You best be trollin' Well, I play on high settings in 1280x800. And then resize the picture for forums in Photoshop. EDIT: Oh, you said fight scenes. Well, usually start some attacking animation(W+M1 for example), then hit console and type tfc 1. This will freeze the whole game and you can freely move your camera around ala noclip. Also, write tm in there too, so you can hide the HUD, interface etc.
The isn't just for punctuation... though in my case I use it so often it practically is. Shame the tfc command doesen't like the pipboy remover mod I have so I can't use it. Not my character but Eddy and Gannon deserve some screen time for the amount of help they've been... and also after I sneak critted Gannon in the back with the anti material rifle I need to make it up to him.
What do you mean? It works just fine for me. Unless the pip boy mod somehow tinkers with the game .exe (which I doubt, since there is no NVSE. For now) it should be perfectly compatible.
I'm using an older version of it. Didn't see the updates. Edit: Oh well that didn't work. It doesen't stop tfc from working but while tfc is on the pipboy is back and clipping through the clothing. Like so. NVSE can't come fast enough.
