are we sure they can get sued for that? Wanamingos are different enough from the Xenomorph, I can see Bethesda\Microsoft win a lawsuit if Disney pulls out this from their ass
also, this is a fan mod, a free one, and the main reason they redesigned them is because it was hard to pull off correctly

I think the og Wanamingos look like Caecilians more than Xenomorphs
Yeah, Wanamingos are inspired by Xenomorph, but they are different enough. Maybe some change in lore would help, like the hive mind and queen
