PS3 DLC Problems

I was going to ask in the official forums but there is a glitch that wont let one register an account so anyways...

i bought all the fallout 3 dlc on my ps3, and it wont work! i have the right product code, so that isnt the problem. i have the most updated version of fallout 3, so that isnt the problem. theres nothing wrong with the cd, and i tried to reinstall fallout 3 on my ps3, and reinstall the dlc. none of that worked. i tried installing just broken steel, and checked if just that one worked by itself. it didnt. i went to the menu ingame and clicked downloads, and theres nothing there. what can i do to fix this?!?!?!?

Uh, double check the product codes? zeros' getting confused with oh's, and i's and L's and the like. Contact playstation customer support?

They are exactly the same for both disc and store.
