Hi guys, does any of you have experience with avoiding lags due to low FPS?

I've heard this is caused by too big amount of data flowing into your HDD, so I tried my flash disc but with zero success.

So I'm interested if any of you faced it and solved it, since I've seen some videos captured in various mods earlier.

Because if no, there's a very big possibility I through my motherfucking laptop (with BGE inside) straight through the window

you need Fraps version 3.2.9* to record Fallout 1-2 properly. what version are you using?
*= or older versions. idk what beepa did, but the latest version can't be used to record Fallout.

Me and Aguirre are using AVS Video Editor to capture and edit our videos. A free trial version is available, but it puts a 1-minute watermark every 4 minutes of footage (so you can actually work around this limitation to have "clear" videos). We both have the pro version which costs about 30 bucks a year (and is mighty useful).
Still, this software also puts some lag in the videos, especially if you record sound too. I guess it also depends on your machine build.

Anyway, why not ask some guys that post YouTube videos about it? I've been watching mynameisnotlilly's stuff - he posted a long playthrough of the RP (over 150 videos) and it all seems nicely cut and in-sync:
