First time out of the vault
First let me just say, woot! I missed playing fallout and I'm glad to see the modding community still kicking! It's been awhile since last I played fallout 2 and wow mods really make a difference.
Anyhow I've come across this

Are there any mods to fix up the edges of maps so you don't see the crappy bits. Like the bridge out of arroyo.

Yes there is. I posted my maps with all those crappy bits fixed a few threads back. Don't think anyone cared at the time.

Here it is again:

But it is not compatible with MM 2.34 is a compatibility pack being made? Are there anyone who can make it work with MM 2.34? I've tried but my mapper doesn't work it says" wMAreaInt: Error Loading Cities" I can't start playing fallout 2 yet, without the maps being widescreen because the edges are really annoying. If the modders are busy, then I think I can change the maps I only ask some tutorials so that i could get the mapper to work. Thanks
As a side note: I'm trying to edit npc appearance when wearing armor, I just don't like unfit Vic in my party and would like to change him when his wearing armor. I got FSE and decompiled the script i just don't know which part of the script to edit.

You get the error because your mapper hasn't had the city limit patch applied to it. To play the game, the .exe needs to be patched, of course. However, you need to patch the mapper program too.

thanks for the quick reply, where do i get this citylimit patch thing? is this included with sfall? or are you talking about the fallout2 official patch 1.02d? Does anyone know the email add of the author of the widescreen mod? maybe I could ask him how he did it, or ask him to create a compatible mod for MM 2.34. :D

{UPDATE!};

well silly me the citylimit is a downloadble patch thought it came with mods such as MM or RP. Anyhow mapper works fine now will begin editing map. thanks man
