Ok, I have a serius problem. When in mapper, all the scripts are in proper places on my map and they function correctly. However, when I start the actual game (fallout2.exe), all the scripts are misplaced on my map. For example, when I talked to one charecter, I got just a floaters "New Game", "Exit" etc.

    Any recommendations?

The fact that the scripts get all messed up happens to me only when I have to get fresh script .lst, scrname.msg and scripts.h files. The game does not see the new scripts and substitutes them with the original ones (and often messages get messed, too).
In game it can happen if you start the Fo2.exe while having patch.dat file on: it overwrites the above mentioned files (among others).
When you restarted the mapper were the scripts still messed up?
Which header files were you tinkering with before you started the game?
Are you sure ALL your scripts messages were all right before starting the game?
    Skynet, please give more details.

All my scripts are working and in correct places in mapper and they work very well in game mode (F8 ), but things get messed up in actual game. Some my own scripts shows up in actual game, but in wrong place.

Just the Scripts.h, the new scripts are in correct places in scripts.h and scripts.lst.

    Yes.

Maybe my map is corrupted somehow, I´ll have to investigate this further...

Skynet, recently I had a fairly similar problem with a critter script. I made a mistake when importing a map var in the script: I wrote "export" instead "import". As a result the critter script tended to work badly in-mapper and did not work in-game (where floaters and description were messed up). Maybe a similar trouble in your map script or something of the like? I'd really like to know if you managed to solve your problem and how.
    Bye.
