I heard from somewhere that, when Lynette asks me where Vault 13 was located, I could point her in the direction of Decker's fake Vault site if I knew where it was to begin with. I made sure of this before talking to her about the Vault and no matter what I do, I can't seem to make her take the bait.

Are you even able to make this happen?
