I've got some ideas for FOT so here i go

I reccon it would be really cool if there was 'realistic' limb damage say like you shoot someone in the leg with a gauss rifle it should be blow off their body, mabey limbs should have hit points of somthing...

My second idea would be having manned gun turrets in bases that could be used for defence and stuff like that.

I cant think of anything else...That is all
