    I actually feel like I saw the Ghost People and maybe the Elijah one a few months ago. I was trawling through the wiki for every single PIP-Boy image and in the process came upon a bunch of NV concept art I'd never seen before. Not 100% that I saw those particular ones (esp. Elijah) but I think I did.

    Generally speaking it is weird how much NV concept art isn't out there.

    It is weird that there is not much out there. Especially now that its been out for a while.

    The Ghost people were so creepy. great design work, nice to see looks like it didn't change much from concept
