Totally NSFW - /Not Porn, Has Artistic Merit defined by laws governing such things/ Extremely graphic sexual content/
The original Sin music video released on some obscure VHS tape I've yet to track down. The track is a remix done by Trent Reznor and Lustmord. One of the actresses is Sean Young, the girl who played Rachel in Bladerunner. If anyone has info on finding this VHS please let me know.
That was pretty good, try to get by with the Broken film for now. Give me some distinctive details on the video and I can probably track it down for you in two weeks or so. I know a few DJs that pretty much run the NYC Goth scene that should know.
Africa by Toto.
A video was released in 1990, using the "(Short)" remix of the song. It was directed by Brett Turnbull. The video contains two women dancing with each other at the beginning before cutting to the main focus of the video. A woman, nude except for what looks like straps to spelunking gear and a halogen lamp, walking a shirtless, wrist-bound Reznor with a bag over his head through what looks like an industrial warehouse complex. He is then strapped into a large rotary harness where she spins him throughout the remainder of the video. These scenes are intercut with two young gay lovers, a man and woman wearing ritualistic dressings and dancing, as well as visuals of pierced genitalia (both male and female), all reflecting the song's dark, sexual aspects.
The video was banned from MTV and most major outlets. A partial version of the video can be found on Closure. There were reports that the complete video was shown at dance clubs in the early 1990s and can now be found on the Internet. )
That's pretty much the rest of the info I can dig up except for an old interview with Danny Lohner about the video explaining it's production and its initial ban, which doesn't seem to exist anywhere anymore. An original hard-copy would be worth hundreds today. If you find it, use a VHS digital transfer recorder or some equipment similar and upload it to rapidshare. I suggest you hold on to it and sell it.
Bleh, any piercings below nipples, just no
Did my revolution video in the News section send you on a Beatles fetish? I do that at times to. Any who, it takes a person of the existentialist nomenclature to appreciate those piercings.
I Am The Walrus
Delerium is awesome indeed.
