For future reference, we usually don't allow people to push their websites on the forums. This looks pretty good though so I'll let it stand - an admin may feel differently though.

I did not want to push our site.
I have thought that it can be interestingly for the Fallout-fans, and consequently has placed here this material.

I am very grateful for that exception, which you have made for our project.

    Thank you Montez. :D

    Good luck. 1101

Cheers for the project, 1101! The minigun ammo-belts look indeed like seatbelts :P

Differently it is impossible - it's multibarreled man-portable machine guns with the electric drive rotation of trunks and by the container for an ammunition located for a back.

    Good luck. 1101

Yah, i see... Guess a 2-man weapons team is out of question? :P

But beyond nitpicking at the graphics, try to concentrate more on the actual gameplay.
Speaking of which, will it be real time or TB? And does it have aGeoscape/strategic portion?

Looks cool, I'll play it. I like the UFO Alien Invasion game, but I think this one can be better. The one gripe I have had with it are the weapons aren't as cool as they should be, when X-Com came out there weren't many games with overkill weapons (ie huge miniguns) and those screenshots obviously show massive firepower.

    How long until it's finished?

No, heawy-gunner can have the spare weapon as light assault systems (http://game.stork.ru/tweapsh.htm#twsl01).

As in Fallout - real time with transition in TB.

    Yes!!! Of course!!!

    (see more on http://game.stork.ru/sshotes.htm)

Presumably - in 2007 year. But I live in Russia, and here everyone can happen..., and that game will be never made.
At the given stage, it is fan-art.

Some inf0rmation in english is on http://www.x-com.co.uk/community/index.php?s=4e49cdce43953ba0a5b112114103e1ee&showtopic=1661, approximately in 1,5 months I shall finish work above the English version of web-page.

    Good luck. 1101

Looks good, especially the map screens.

    Oh... And the miniguns!

(Actually, it's good to see a game with some thought as to where/how the ammo is stored)

This was obviously translated by babelfish or smth like that. As I'm russian, I'd like to give a normal translation (though no doubt all you had understood the one above). So:

Project "Ufo-2007. Unknown Project." it is the attempt to create a remake of the original UFO-1 with the use of some concepts from such game worlds as Fallout and Warhammer 40.000, and with considerable expansion of the object and physical space of UFO-1 game world.

    The funniest things auto-translated was:
-'recreational space', where it should have been 'gaming world'
-'play peace', where, once again, it should have been 'gaming world'

    ... i use the PROMT 99 ... :D

Sorry, friends, my translates is so far from perfect (i am not professional translator), but you can learn more than you can learn from russian texts.

At the present moment I work above the English version of our site (translated already about 40 percents of a materials). If who that of english-speaking people (or russian which have good practice in English) could look through my texts and correct most gross mistakes, I would be very grateful for such help.

    Good luck. 1101

P.S. I'm so sorry for my broken english...

We generally do not allow advertising on these forums because most projects posted about turn out to be vaporware and utter shit long before they're announced. There's an obvious reason why they don't submit in their project as news-worthy, instead possibly taking their game or whatever as some piece of forum prestige as a prosthetic dick. (Also See: Silver Style and name-dropping Fallout 3x a week.)

This kind of vaporware bullshit is the main reason why we don't allow advertising. Check out the official site for more amusing and asinine tidbits, including claiming that the game is addictive and fully-immersive when it hasn't even reached the alpha stage.

However, this thread is very different than most, and with far more courtesy than the usual "I post a link and I expect people to check out my site!" people, who often have little but a features page on it and a site design that has changed more than 5 times a year. 1011, thank you for having the courtesy for making sure there is actual substance before you posted this thread.
