WebRPG is a free chat program with built in dice/character sheets/player handbook. They are blank templates that you can fill in with your own information.

it also has a isometric tile-based map with tons of space to create a fallout world

would anyone be interested in forming a webrpg fallout PnP group?

I think it sounds pretty fun. Isometric/turn based/roleplaying/never the same game twice.

I'd be willing to start creating a player handbook and character sheet on WebRPG if enough people respond. Just need someone more creative than myself. to help make good tile-based maps.

Doesnt seem to be free, the read me says "years of free play are over" and "pay monthly for access to the servers"

it was pay to play like a year ago, but that ended and now it runs off donations. I have a fallout room up right now and I am not paying a cent.
