What system would be the best for a Power Ranger campaign?

    Hello, everyone, I have just been sparked with the idea of running a Power Ranger style, a campaign with all the elements like the PC playing as a different color Ranger with wacky and fun personality, moprher, power-ups, Zoids, and of course fun Megazoid battles. I have been having a hard time finding a system that would suit my needs any help finding a good system appreciative.
