Where is the water plant in Megaton?

First time out of the vault
I need to meet Leo Stahl at the water treatment plant for Mentants because I can't yet do anything with that bomb. Is there another plant besides the processing plant? That's where I am right now.

Yea.I knew that..He said that. I was just wondering because they refer to the plant in two slightly different ways in the quest and map. I just got a little confused. Damn.
