It Wandered In From the Wastes
So...I stole from Lydia (woman who lives in Tenpenny Tower) long before I found out she was the one who is in charge of room upgrades. Considering she left because 'the guards are useless', this presents a problem.


Anyone know if summoning her through the console will work?

Jeses what is up with the unhelpful offtopic-ish asswhole comments guys?

As far as I know you cannot spawn certian NPCs with the commands but you may be able to spawn the items that link you to having the upgrades.
 
as far as i know, room upgrades are just items without weight or price in your inventory, so yeah, you can probably cheat them into existance.

Yes. Type save fred 1 to find here ID, then type PRID ID and moveto player in the console.
