Won't preordering take it longer for me to get the game?

If I preorder a game, will I receive it on the day it comes out or will it ship on the day it comes out? If the latter, I'm really torn on whether to pre-order the game and get the bonus cd or to wake up at ten in the morning on the day it comes out and get it at a local store right away.

It'd seem a real shame to punish people who preorder the game by making them wait longer than people who just go to the store. Or can I preorder the game at a store?

Wow Hell Patrol, I never noticed you posted here too. I'm Zebadaiah from the SA forums. You probaply don't remember me because I just lurk there nowadays... anyways, what I was going to say was that... umm.. well, there it pretty much was.

Hmm, i do have a credit card but i can't preorder since the only method of transfer of the package is in FEDEX
and since i live in ISRAEL in the middle east,
it costs 59$ to ship this silly package...
(since the only method is the express shipment)...

So i'm not gonna spend 100$ on this game just for the bonus...
I'll probably be able to get the bonus somewhere else anyway...
I hope...

It's really stupid that delivery can get to the price of 60$ of a simple GAME...
