Yeah I enjoy a ton actually. I'm not done and it's easily one of my top games ever.
I don't know how many of my recorded hours are me actually playing it since I tend to make food or be working on a computer/server at the time or something.

But Steam says I have 47 hours and I just got part of the key to get to Ravel Puzzlewell. I got the blood from her daughter but I gotta figure out how to make use it of it. My big question is, how far along am I? 50%? Over 50%? I'm curious as to this because I tend to start minimizing side quests if my time is more limited.

I'm not 100% sure but I'd say you're about half way through the game, by that point. So you still got quite a bit to go. Don't worry, it only gets better from here. If you still have quests you want to complete in Sigil, I'd recommend completing them before going to pay Ravel a visit, just some friendly advice.
It took me 65 hours to beat the game, fyi.
