    Rivet City Bow Section Question

Re: Pinkerton is invulnerable? ...You do know that certain characters are marked as important, and thus aren't allowed to be killed, right? They'll be 'knocked unconscious', and then get back up eventually right as rain. That mechanic was introduced in Oblivion, because too many people...

    Whoops-Lydia Montenegro

So...I stole from Lydia (woman who lives in Tenpenny Tower) long before I found out she was the one who is in charge of room upgrades. Considering she left because 'the guards are useless', this presents a problem. Anyone know if summoning her through the console will work?

    Small Model House

Tell me about it, I went through a building clearing out Super Muties so I could rescue the Brotherhood Initiate, and every desk seemed to have a good collection of Bottle Caps. Then again, it was an office building. The workers probably chugged them like they were going out of style...

Lesson Learned: Being a Wastelander Sucks

First time the Regulators spawned to come after me, it was smack dab in the middle of a Super Mutant controlled area. At first I didn't know who they were, I thought I'd stumbled onto some Scavengers getting ambushed (I was coming out of a Metro Tunnel, overstocked with stuff so I could barely...

Lesson Learned: Being a Wastelander Sucks

I feel sorry for the many situations the 'Wastelanders' get into. The random NPCs who don't really have any defining characteristics, strong skills or powerful weapons, and really only show personality when they die. I was wandering near Tenpenny Tower, when a Wastelander woman comes...

Which Do You Consider More Evil? *Spoilers*

Eradicating the Ghouls for the security guard of Tenpenny Tower, or helping the Ghouls sneak into the tower so they can start slaughtering everyone?

    Subways, Utility Stations=Copy/Paste

Yeah, the Family really just falls into the 'needed for a quest' category. Where did this thing with the underwear happen? Sounds weird enough that I might like to see it.

    Subways, Utility Stations=Copy/Paste

I swear, I've taken to outright staying away from the underground sections of the game unless there is a mission requiring it, or I hear something is interesting down there. They're just monotonous, some are identical to the point that you get lost because you could have sworn you just came...

    A motor bike

Powered Armor typically went for about a century before needing to be recharged, the Vault Dweller learned this in Fallout 1. Granted, I dunno if that 'battery life' is different in the Enclave models, or other variations. Though with newer suits you'd expect even more efficiency.

    More housing options?

I haven't found any respawning containers in a house yet (don't know about 'dungeons'). I've been using Silver's house, the one in Springvale, since the beginning of the game, and have yet to see anything vanish. The lockers in the 'Common House' in Megaton can also be a convenient...

    Motorcycles A Possible Addition?

I suppose a motorcycle would be hard to use in a lot of the outdoor areas, anyway. Too much crap to navigate around.

    Motorcycles A Possible Addition?

It seems like I'm finding a lot of motorcycle parts, and the motorcycles do have decent models, better than the rest of the debris... A setup for DLC/mods that let you repair one?

    Pete Hines Q&A on Eurogamer

Second, not having original child models in Morrowind and Oblivion didn't stop modders from creating some and importing them into the game. 'Children of Morrowind' was quite well-known, and Oblivion had its fair share. Folks either want them for reality's sake (I know, reality in a fantasy...

    Perks Reviewed, mostly all useless.

Comprehension is actually pretty good this time around. There's a ton of skill books (I found 4 in Minefield alone), so this really helps you out.

Comprehension is a Pretty Useful Perk in FO3

Correction, 4. I found a Grognak comic in the house filled with Radroaches.

Comprehension is a Pretty Useful Perk in FO3

The sheer amount of skill books you stumble upon makes this perk worthwhile to me. Every place I wander into seems to contain at least one, Minefield by itself had 3. Considering the stretches of time you'll go between leveling up later on, I'd say this is the better pick over Educated...

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #14

The only real bug I've encountered so far (PC version) was shortly after entering Springvale. I was wandering around looting houses, and noticed a woman in leather armor and armed with an Assault Rifle hoofing it through town at a rapid pace. I saved and spent several reloads trying to...

    Fallout 3 - First Mods

True. Until a mod comes out that re-introduces geiger counters, this mod would just be a hassle. Though I don't see it taking long for someone to do that.
