Arlington Library Boarded Up?

Has anyone run into this? The quest marker shows up on my map but the door to the library is boarded up. Additionally the location doesn't register as having been visited so I can't fast travel. Any ideas would be appreciated thanks!

Maybe it's a mod conflict?

I remember when I played F3 on console, going there and finding boarded entrances.
a while later I remember finding an entrance, though its been such a long time since I've played fallout 3 for a long time.
so it might be a mod conflict as alphons said, or you just haven't found the entrance, i hope by now you've found the problem though.
