This thread can only end in tears. If you want people to like Bethesda/Fallout 3, you are probably in the wrong place. You won't be able to argue a change in personal or majority opinion. I am a Bethesda/Fallout 3 fan but I am a local minority on the forum. I learned fairly quickly that a debate is pretty much pointless, since both sides are really just arguing for what they love and won't change how they feel. Keep in mind, you are also arguing with a very small userbase (20 thousand or so people). Fallout 3 sold over 5 million copies in the first week. Most of those people do not know the difference between developers and probably those who do don't care, as long as they enjoy the game. The people on this forum are "hard core". That's why we looked for a Fallout forum and joined it. Because we are insane or obsessive compulsive or both. Hard core people aren't going to change their opinion. In the end, it doesn't matter what you, me or anyone else thinks of Bethesda. Their development of the game is not impacted by our feelings or speculation of "how it could have been" if it was developed by someone else.
