I put
a link to the thread in the link section of the download page, but i might have to add it to the text so it is more explicit.
This mod is amongs those which are hard to define as finished or not.
The aim is to port the content of the demo into the fallout 2 engine.
It works. All the quests, characters and characters interactions are there. So the bulk of the goal is done.
There is even some restored content that was in the demo, but didn't work back then.
Although, it is possible to make a few changes here and there (that most players wouldn't notice) to increase fidelity with the original demo. (sound effects, character stats, etc...)
The author said that he might change a few things someday, but maybe not.
So it would say it is finished, while it is not impossible to have some minor updates someday.
As for the front page thing, might be good to ask the author.
I mostly uploaded it here in case the original link no longer works.
