I can try my hand at cleaning up the Google translate version, but the problem is that Google translate can change the entire meaning of the sentence, and I wouldn't be able to tell. It would help a lot more if, say, a Russian speaker translated the text into whatever English they could, and I could clean it up.

The only problem is that this still wouldn't preserve the "tone" of the text, but it's better than nothing.

Do you want to work with me i'm currently translating, other people will probably join us too, well infact we are joining them if they accept our help, i can give you some text to look and fix it and check for typos, i'm serious about this even if other people abandon the progect i'll still work.

Did you mean unloading bullets from a loaded gun? If yes, yeah you can, just like in any other classic Fallout. Simply right-click once to change your cursor so you can choose to interact with the loaded gun by holding left-click and choose :unload:

I'm not sure what do you mean by "make other type of bullets", but if it's recycling a bullet for material to make some other kind of bullets, I actually forgot if you can even do that in Nevada, so hopefully someone else can answer your question.
 
You can disassemble cartridges on crafting table to turn them into ammo scraps. You can turn ammo scraps into bullets by using reloading bench (you can buy it at New Reno and Winds of War or aquire it in "other way").

First of all, I really dont think it's the mod's fault, I just wish we had a better journal to keep track of these things, as this mod have a ton of quests.

The issue I have trouble is that I can't progress in the main quest. I've went to new reno and black rock to get the information on how to contact jay, but as I was doing many side quests at the same time I dont remeber how I am supose to do that. I thought the he would be at the battle mountain but this wasn't the case.

Can you guys help me with this?

Also, NPP poseidon oil doesn't appear on my map, is this normal?
edit: I was able to find NPP(I didn't had the option to show the fuel regulator to the technician, so I just blinded him and stole the car), but still dont have any idea how to carry on with the main quest.

Turn's out all I needed was the crumbled piece of paper that you get in the beggining xD

This is truly one of the greatest mods I ever played!
