Damn. That's pretty huge. 5 people injured - or so I have read. Kinda reminds me to Albania, when some factory/debot for ammunition exploded in the city. Apparently due to lax safety standards. Famous last words: "Should we really smoke around here?"
The same thing happened here not far from where I live. I was in high school at the time and the initial explosion I heard during the night along with the ground shaking from the shockwave. By morning on our way to school which was in the same direction as the place on fire I could see the largest column of black smoke I have ever seen ascending in the horizon. Then the radio said my school and some others were cancelled due to health hazards. I spent the rest of the day playing video games. Good times.
Looks like there was no need for Philadelphia to be sunny today, the fire lit up the sky. My cream cheese wasn't melted enough anyways.
