are we sure they can get sued for that? Wanamingos are different enough from the Xenomorph, I can see Bethesda\Microsoft win a lawsuit if Disney pulls out this from their ass
also, this is a fan mod, a free one, and the main reason they redesigned them is because it was hard to pull off correctly

I think MCA said that the Wannamingos was to xenomorph-looking and that's why he don't like them.

I think the og Wanamingos look like Caecilians more than Xenomorphs
Yeah, Wanamingos are inspired by Xenomorph, but they are different enough. they are more organic than biomechanical appearances that xenomorph has. Maybe some change in lore would help, like the hive mind and queen

you know, i changed my mind, i am no more coping, i think Wanamingos would have worked if they looked like worms, with phallus looking head of course
more Caecilians looking but with tentacles as their newly evolved like arms (since worms are more likely to evolve tentacles over limbs and because there is species of worms with tentacles)
their lore would be mutated Caecilians after the great war or a bioengineered bioremediation creature that was made for the sole reason of eating nuclear waste
