Lots of shitty flash and java browser "games" from back in the day, such as RaceWarKingdoms and Runescape. Terrible "games" and terrible playerbases. Whirling, greasy, cheetos-and-pizza-fueled torrents of acne-ridden prepubescent angst and feces.
As far as retail games go...
Street Legal and Street Legal: Redline Racing. Yes, I've played both. They're by Invictus, the shitty Slavic (I think) developer that brought us gems such as Monster Garage: The Game. Balls-awful graphics, terrible art direction, clusterfuck interface, frozen molasses-like performance, laughable AI, and about two or three songs making up the soundtrack of each with the second game having some "rap" or "hip hop" travesties that undoubtedly were performed by some artist they picked up off the street. I really loved the way you built the cars, though. Only racing game where you could see every part as you worked on your vehicle. In fact, I played it just to cheat myself a billion dollars, then build cars and wreck them.
Starship Troopers, the FPS from around 2005. Fucking terrible. I loved the first ST movie, though, so I trudged through the game, feasting upon the little bits of inspiration from the movie that seeped into the game.
Dungeon Siege. It's not a game if it plays itself. Click to go someplace! Click to have your character automatically fight an enemy! Click to use a potion! Woo! What a bore.
Street Racing Syndicate on PS2. It's like Need For Speed Underground without the fun and with cars that handle like pregnant narwhals.
Robot Arena. Very limited customization, bad controls, uninspired opponents, just... It's bad. Not fun at all. The sequel was actually kind of decent, although the physics would occasionally wonk out in humorous ways.
Orphan: Scion of Sorcery on PS2. Freakin' lifeless JRPG schlock.
Can't think of any more at the moment.
