Bethesda registers Fallout trademark for a TV series

The link with the proof at tess2.uspto.gov doesn't work. You'd better give the serial number of the record. It is 85818163.

A Bethesdian Fallout TV series with three-dog on the radio?

I don't know if that's worse than him being in Fallout 4. I think it might be.

I hope Tim Cain and Fargo don't commit suicide just yet.

But, to be honest, if you guys liked Nuka Break then I don't really see why you are not happy with that piece of news.

I didn't, but regardless, why would this necessarily be anything like that?

Can't say I'm surprised. I thought they might try to pull something like that, especially after Nuka Break's success.

In reality, I don't really care though. Fallout 4 is being made by Bethesda, so it's a big enough disappointment already.
Hell, now that I hardly care about that game anymore, this might actually turn out to be good. Who knows...

So they butchered the setting and now they want to make a TV series based on that? Maybe they should have skipped Fallout 3 entirely. At least then they'd still have a chance at a half-decent series, depending on who gets to write it. /s

I don't really care either. I know already that the game will be mediocre, so I am not going to rage or something. Take it as it comes...

I'm surprised it took Beth this long to delve into the film industry. We just might see an Emmy in the foreseeable future if Todd Howard plays the right cards.. I'm sure Bethesda is capable of it.

Well, at this point it really doesn't matter any more. After they screwed up the Fallout franchise, made an action game with dialogs from one of the best crpgs ever made, than tear the rest of the Fallout license out of Interplay's old shaking hands, I don't think they can do any more damage to Fallout. This series (if it will be a series) will be probably only like pissing on Fallout's grave, but seriously, if you already dead, what does it matter for you?
According to the (new) fans everything tastes like chocolate from beth's any orifice anyway.

Todd Howard's #1 Fan starts to post more ... then Fallout 4 is close,

prepare your self guys. Its coming ... the storm ...

I think he really is just Todd Howard himself. It's his „viral marketing“ account, because he's subtle like that!

It would be pretty awesome if they only used like 3 actors for all the different characters. Just like all the bethesda games!
