Welcome, Ioann! I'm one of the moderators of the Roleplaying forum. We have a couple of active games going at the moment, and you could also start one of your own if you feel up to the challenge, though I'd recommend playing a bit first.
Welsh and I are jointly running Zombie Apocalypse, and we are always looking for new players. I started out as a player when the game began in June, and since October I've been helping to run it. At this point I'm the lead writer, though Welsh has plenty of creative input and we collaborate on our ideas often. There's quite a bit of game to catch up on.
The story thread for Chapter 1 is found here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19285
Chapter 2 (currently under way) is here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=34128
There are several other posts on this board that are related to the game (all of them with Zombie Apocalypse in the title). Some of them have information that may spoil the story, though. If you do decide to play, let me know. The game is a lot of fun, both to play and to run. Welsh and I will help you learn the rules if you decide to play; they're fairly simple for the most part.
The Quick Start rules can be found here: http://www.chaosium.com/article.php?story_id=87
The rules discussion thread may also be of use: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19252
There is no character creation in Zombie Apocalypse, as all characters in the game are pregenerated. Each player chooses three characters to play, which is a good thing since this is a very lethal game and a lot of characters have already died.
There is also Systematic Annihilation, a freeform roleplaying game set 30 years after the events of Fallout 2. Trag originally started the game, but he hasn't been seen on the board in several months. I'm involved in that game as well, and Stompie and I have been keeping it running in his absence. I haven't had as much time to update it as I used to, but I'm hoping that will change. That story also requires some catching up. It can be found here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16475
Lt. Col. Gonzalez, the other moderator for the roleplaying board, has been planning a game called The Lost Platoon, but he's been AWOL the past few weeks. There's a discussion thread for that game here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32408
The character sheets for The Lost Platoon (characters in this game are also pregenerated, but only one per player) are here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=34314
